Refund Policy#

We want you to be satisfied with InkTato. This policy explains when refunds are available for credit purchases and subscriptions made at inktato.com.

Eligibility#

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • For credit packs, less than 50% of purchased credits must have been used
  • For subscriptions, only the most recent billing period is eligible and only if usage is light (we may prorate based on credits consumed)
  • Promotional/bonus credits are non‑refundable

Not Eligible#

  • Significant usage (e.g., the majority of credits consumed) or repeated refund abuse
  • Violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use policy
  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic output when the service functioned as intended

How to Request a Refund#

Email contact@inktato.com with:

  1. Your order number or subscription email
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Reason for the refund request

We typically respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.

Chargebacks#

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback—we are happy to help. Unsupported chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Changes#

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
